THE ROGER SPENCER BUILDING
The center is open to rental, providing there is availibility. Rental rates are as follows:
In Fayette County: $50 an hour before 6:00 pm and $75 per hour after 6:00 pm.
Out of Fayette County: $75 an hour before 6:00 pm and $100 an hour after 6:00 pm.
Regardless of County, there is a seperate, cash, exact change, refundable security deposit of $150. This deposit is refundable upon return of our key and a clean, undamaged building. This deposit will be mailed back to you. The deposit, along with proper paperwork, holds your rental.
SHAMROCK PARK
PAVILION
The pavilion at Shamrock Park is available for rental. The rates are as follows: In Fayette County: $100.00 for the entire day. Out of Fayette County:$200.00 for the entire day. Regardless of County, there is a seperate, cash, exact change, refundable security deposit $100. This deposit is refundable upon leaving a clean and undamaged area. This deposit will be mailed back to you. The deposit, rental fee and proper paperwork, holds your rental.
